2009-2010 LASAA MUG RUN SERIES

The Los Angeles Sheriff's Athletic Association presents the 2009-2010 Mug Run series. These events are both 10k (6.2 Mile) and 5k (3.1 Mile) foot races hosted by different stations throughout the county.

Medals are awarded to the top three finishers in each age and team division. A glass event mug will be awarded to any runner who completes any 3 mug runs in the series.

Station challenge: any lasd station / bureau with the most participants at every event will receive $100 ($1,400 up for grabs!)!

These events are free for all l.A.S.A.A. Members and $20 for non-members. Entry fee includes an event t-shirt, awards, and mugs.

REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN AT 0630 HRS, RACES WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 0800 HRS.

You can now pre register online at: LASAA.org. If you have not registered before you will need too. The registration sounds like it is only for LASAA members but it really says LASAA "Community" so go ahead and get an account and save time the morning of the race!
